Here is the garden just after I planted about a week and a half ago. As of now, I have only partially killed 2 plants!
My tomatoes are doing great in the planter. They have quadrupled in size! And have lots of flowers and several tiny tomatoes. This guy is the biggest.
Here are the planted bales.
Red bell pepper, basil, heirloom tomatoes, green bell pepper, cilantro and cantaloupe in the front..
Watermelon and pumpkin seeds stuck in the sides. (The pumpkin has already sprouted out)
Squash, green beans, and peas (all seeds) and cucumber in the back.
This heirloom tomato plant has since been killed by the hose hitting it. It is hanging on for dear life right now.
And this adorable little cantaloupe plant was squashed to death by Owen last week (this is obviously the before picture). Although, it is showing some signs of resurrection at the moment. Dare I say a new leaf is sprouting!
