Blog Resurgence?

So I guess I'm back by popular demand. I know, 3 requests. I'm dreadfully popular. Sorry for the hiatus. I have spent the last 3 months taking pictures for other people in attempts to fund Christmas. Now that that is over, I have a bit more time for my dear old blog. As for my booming  photog business  hobby, I'm thinking of starting a fan page on facebook....maybe then I'll actually get the courage to take the leap to an actual business with a real website. Maybe, but probably not anytime soon. I'm too busy taking care of a 3 year old and his remote control snake and an 18 month old who is currently wearing her brother's sunglasses upside down, mardi gras beads (from target not the real thing thankyouverymuch), and 1 plastic princess shoe.

So I'll leave you with a few practice shots I took of the kids Monday. I am very fortunate to have two adorable models in my house to practice on. My goal is to take them to a new location every few weeks to build up my portfolio. The grandparents should have no shortage of pictures of my kids. I bribed Jack with a toy from target and a bag of Cheetos for the few smiles I got from him, but Katelynn wasn't having anything to do with it. We had just come from her 18 month checkup and she had gotten 2 shots, so I can't really blame her. (By the way she FINALLY broke 22lbs - 22lbs. 5oz (25%) and was 32 3/8 inches (75%)). So here are my lovelies playing on the train tracks at Collierville Towne Square.

I'm glad you're back. I always check for new posts. Wish you were in Dallas so you could take pictures of E. Your babies are so cute (and getting so big!). happy New year!

YEAH! Check the blog daily with no expectations ("been there" raising children) but great anticipation - excited to see the new entry.

Grandad's a bit nervous viewing my grandson walking down an active track. - great back drop for the picture though.
