Happy Due Date Baby Girl!

Today was Katelynn's due date. Crazy how she has been here almost 3 weeks. I have a hard time wrapping my head around how the whole thing happened so fast. It's not like I went into spontaneous labor and then had her and knew that it was her time to come. Or that I really had even had prepared myself for complications and that they would have to take her early. Or that in one 20 minute ultrasound and 30 second blood pressure test, your perfectly healthy baby could be something other than that...Either way, she is here and she is small, but dang she is cute! And of course, there are pictures below to prove it...

Chris & Mairin sent Jack this toy...Walter the Farting Dog (If you know my family, more specifically Chris's dog, this makes perfect sense. If you don't know my family you probably think we are really weird, which is probably not too far off of the truth, so feel free to continue thinking that.) I decided to play a little with Katelynn and take some pictures since she was looking so cute in one of her new outfits in the big girl size of newborn. She is still mostly in preemie clothes which are really boring and you have about 5 options of mostly onesies to choose from, but this brand of newborn size kind of fits her. So why not show it off right?



And then there is the apple of my other eye, big bit, playing with his real life "Walter"...
