Jack had the best Easter Sunday that a little boy with an ear infection (apparently the one from a few weeks ago never cleared up and flared back up on Saturday resulting in another trip to the Doctor and more antibiotics) could have. I am pretty sure any feelings of discomfort were forgotten as soon as Daddy brought him around the corner and he saw his loot that the Easter Bunny brought him.
He went straight for his chocolate eggs, and since it was a special morning, I let him dig in.
We got him dressed in his special Easter outfit that Nonnie & Pop bought him and took him out front to practice hunting Easter Eggs for his big hunt later in the day. 
My handsome heartbreaker.
After church, our friends from our small group invited us over to their family's house for lunch and a big Easter egg hunt. We weren't able to get any pictures because it was starting to rain, but Jack finally started to get the "hunt" idea down towards the end. We had such a great time over at the Poulin's house and were so excited to spend Easter with friends since we couldn't be home with our family. Unfortunately, Jack got worse that afternoon and has a high fever again today. He better get to feeling better fast, because Jessica and her son Sterling are coming to visit tomorrow!

He is so handsome! I love him in his dinosaur pajamas AND his Easter wear! Glad to see that the Easter Bunny was so good to him. Hope he feels better fast.

What a cute little man. The easter bunny brought him some good stuff, and the pictures show how happy he is to have it. He is getting so big!! I hope all is well with you guys.
