Last week or sometime in the recent past (the days all blur together) I took the kids to the Memphis Botanical Garden. They have a section called My Big Backyard for children which should just go ahead and be renamed Jack's Big Backyard. He loved this place. It was like a Children's Museum outside. Just when I think Memphis has nothing to do...I find something else (well not really, the gal in my Mom's group found it but details really!). Unfortunately, there isn't much to do in Katelynn's age range, so she mostly enjoyed the view from the stroller.
Now Little Bit need not go any further than her own bedroom for her adventures. She has discovered the joy of her curtains. It's the simple things for Katelynn...

This is ridiculous. Your kids are cuter than words can express. You have a sweet baby girl who has a charming big brother to look up to. You take fantastic pictures. You can make cute window treatments. I have had it with you! Mark this as the end of our friendship because I am just turning into a crazy jealous person!
Looks like fun! And you're getting very good with your fancy new camera. By the way I hope you had a fabulous birthday. I bought your card on time but didn't mail it on time...big surprise! But I hope it was a great day and you had a little "me" time.
