Jack is such a ball of joy and wiggles. He is constantly moving except when he is asleep, and really, he isn't asleep that much. He slept 9.5 hours straight last night, but that is not consistent yet - working on it though! He sits up like a pro, rolls over from back to front (he is still not wanting to roll front to back but I know he can do it?), and can spin himself around on his belly. He got his first tooth right at 5 months and the second tooth poked through 2 weeks later. He started with a sippy cup 2 weeks ago and can hold it on his own now. He doesn't quite get how high he has to hold it to get juice out just yet, which, unfortunately leads to his newest personality development, frustration. If his toy or whatever he is messing with isn't doing what he wants it to do he freaks out, and then. moments later, he turns right back into peaceful baby. Humm a mix of Nathan and I???? He LOVES to eat. His favorite food is pears or anything that has pears in it. A close second is sweet potatoes and corn or bananas. To be honest, I haven't found a food he doesn't like yet. Jack's favorite toys are his bouncer, exersaucer, and Baby Einstein blocks. He loves to watch TV so we will pretend that all he watches is Baby Einstein and Sesame Street, which enjoys, but sometimes he watches The Deadliest Catch with Nathan. Nathan calls it bonding, I won't tell you what I call it!
Happy Half Birthday Little Man! We love you!
Here is the little man in action today. He is saying hi and blowing kisses aka "rasberries" to all his readers.
6 months old and fabulous! Clearly Cami thinks so as well, or at least his diaper is. EWWW!
Parking the car with Daddy. Don't freak, I'm not Britney Spears, the car isn't moving!
Jack's new slipper socks. He has to wear these when he is in his bouncer or exersaucer because he was getting blisters on his toes. Notice the tails.
OK so earlier this week I probably had my first really stupid parenting idea. I decided to have Jack make Nathan a Father's Day card. Start a tradition you know? Well Jack just wanted to eat the paper and the "project" lasted all of 30 seconds.
"I want it back. I promise I won't eat it!!"

What? Your child likes corn? I loved the update of what's going on! I can't believe how different he is since the last time I saw him. I think I'll do an update like this on Sterling's birthday Monday. Miss you!
I love him! Please give that card to Nathan. I think Luke will make Robert a card today. That's too funny. I will give Luke's update today, he is quickly gaining on his BFF.

So cute! He is so big and I love the high chair pics. Way to go on the sippy cup. Miss Paige hasn't even touched one yet.
